Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if the item is not “as described” in our listings. 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

We do not generally refund if for any reason there is a “change of mind”. However, it would be to our discretion.

What if items get damaged in transit?

If items are ever damaged in transit, we will offer a refund on receipt of returned item/items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash.

How quickly will my items be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of orders received and paid.

How quickly will my items be delivered?

Our delivery times are typically 1-4 days for UK Customers.

Where can you deliver products to?

Currently, we only ship to the UK for orders placed on the website. However, if you are outside the UK and are interested in purchasing a product, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

What currencies do you accept payment in?

All listings are in GBP Sterling and therefore we only accept payment s in this currency.
